The Howard County History App offers an extension to the popular walking tour as presented by the Howard County Historical Society. Use this app to go a on historical walking tour of downtown historic Ellicott City and to also learn about the Museum located in the heart of Main Street. All the information you need is at your fingertips along with one-touch directions using GPS. The app has photos, locational information, and a description of each location.

Once downloaded, make sure your device has GPS enabled. This will allow the app to guide you with turn by turn instructions to each location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
